Guitar Lessons: Lessons give each student the opportunity to learn at their own pace, in their prefered style, and with each session tailored to their specific needs. Each tailored session provides the opportunity to explore rhythm, scales, chords and solo finger-picking techniques that open up the fun of, not only learning farmiliar or popular songs, but also creating one's own music. For children at a young age in particular to begin learning a musical instrument opens up a unique experience of creativity and essential learning abilities that will keep with them throughout their musical journeys.

About Me: I specialize in teaching beginners to learn & master guitar in varying styles and tastes - electric blues, rock, or country to classical finger-picking acoustic & folk music. Particular focus in the lesson program is given to tailoring each session to you or your child's specifc needs. I have experience in teaching students ages 5-15, all with individual musical tastes and learning preferences. I have had the experience of performing live with a band or solo and encourage all of my students to reach this point in their progress. I take into consideration that not every student learns the same way. Each have their own "learning style" and it's my job to figure out what style of learning works best for the individual. My goal is to tailor their lesson program to them so that they learn best and are comfortable with the program.
